Help with every part of your order

Design it online
Our designer is free to use. Add your text, a logo or picture, barcodes, QR codes and numbering, and see the finished label before you order. Save your designs to your account and come back to them any time.

Already have a design? Upload a PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, Word or PowerPoint file up to 20MB when you order. A vector PDF or a 300dpi image prints sharpest, with 2–3mm of bleed if your design runs to the edge. Bigger files can go to sales@stickylabels.com.

See a proof before we print
Ask for a PDF proof and we will hold your order until you have approved it, so you can check the wording, colours and layout first. Email sales@stickylabels.com or call 01205 808460 to ask for one.

Questions customers ask
Can't see yours? Call 01205 808460 and talk to a person.
Which type of label should I choose?
Start with where the label is going. For dry, indoor use such as jars, boxes and envelopes, paper labels are the best value: Text & Logo Labels or Custom Labels on rolls. If the label will get wet, be handled a lot or used outdoors, choose Custom Vinyl Labels, or Custom Labels with a laminate. If you only need black print, Discount Labels are our lowest-cost option. Still not sure? Call us on 01205 808460 and we will point you to the right one.
What is the difference between rolls, sheets and individually cut?
Labels on rolls are quick to apply by hand and fit compatible label dispensers. Labels on sheets are easy to store, peel and apply by hand, which suits smaller runs. Individually cut stickers come loose, with nothing around them, so they are ready to hand out or drop into parcels.
Can I have labels in any size or shape?
Yes, with Custom Labels, Custom Vinyl Labels and Die-Cut Vinyl Stickers. Pick one of our standard sizes or type in your own width and height, up to 250mm wide and 190mm tall. For a custom shape, upload your artwork and we will cut each label around its outline. Discount, Text & Logo and Specialist labels come in our standard sizes.
Are your labels waterproof?
Our vinyl labels are waterproof, and laminated paper labels have improved resistance to moisture, handling and scuffing. Plain paper labels are best kept dry. If your labels are going on bottles, in a bathroom or outdoors, choose vinyl.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Choose your labels, then pick Upload artwork and add a PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, Word or PowerPoint file up to 20MB. For the sharpest print use a vector PDF or a 300dpi image, with 2–3mm of bleed if your design runs to the edge. Larger file? Email it to sales@stickylabels.com.
Will I see a proof before you print?
When you design online you see your label on screen before you order. If you upload artwork, ask us for a PDF proof and we will wait for your approval before printing.
How quickly will my labels arrive?
We print everything ourselves in Lincolnshire and dispatch within 2 working days, and most orders go out the next working day. Standard Tracked 48 delivery is free on orders over £50 and £4.95 below that. Need them sooner? Choose Tracked 24 (£6.95), Next Day (£12.95) or Priority Production (£19.95), which dispatches your order in 1 working day for next-day delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum quantity, so you can order from a single label. Small orders have a minimum price, from £19.95 for labels on rolls and £24.95 for labels on sheets, so a bigger quantity often costs very little more. The builder shows you the better-value quantities as you go.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT. Delivery is added at checkout and is free on orders over £50.
Can I order more than 30,000 labels or several designs at once?
Yes. The online builder goes up to 30,000 labels per design. For bigger runs, or several designs in one order, email sales@stickylabels.com or call 01205 808460 and we will quote you.
Do you have eco-friendly labels?
Yes. Biodegradable White Paper is available on Discount, Text & Logo and Custom Labels. It is a more environmentally conscious paper for indoor packaging and product labels, best kept dry. Our eco-friendly labels guide explains the options in more detail.
How can I pay?
Pay securely by debit card, credit card or PayPal at checkout. For purchase orders or invoices, email sales@stickylabels.com.
